In the event of a Bike Night cancellation, registered participants will receive an email notice and will be issued a refund to their original payment method. A cancellation announcement will also be posted to our social media for any guests planning to register onsite. Please note, service fees collected by BikeReg will not be refunded.
Refunds are only issued in the event of a COTA cancellation. If a pre-registered guest is no longer able to attend their Bike Night date, they can email bikenight@thecircuit.com and our team will be happy to issue a credit to use on a future Bike Night date.
